The museum

What this museum is about ?

This 40-45 Memories Museum is about the souvenirs of civilian and military life in Aywaille during World War II.
The museum is primarily focused on the equipment of the GI and the US paratrooper.

Origins of the museum

Frederic Winkin built up his museum (under the form of Association without profit) in September 2007.
A part of collectibles in this museum come from the older Aywaille WW2 museum which stopped its activities many years ago and from personal acquisitions.
